Processing Time

Orders placed before 4 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. During restocks, launches, and other high-volume periods, processing may take 1–3 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

International Shipping

Yes, Brianna’s Organics ships internationally. Delivery times and customs-processing requirements vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges required by their country. Brianna’s Organics is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for packages held by customs authorities.

Delivery Delays

We work hard to process and ship every order promptly. However, carrier delays may occasionally occur because of severe weather, customs processing, service interruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
