Prices and Promotions

• Promotional codes must be entered before checkout is completed

Orders and Order Acceptance

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your products, quantities, shipping address, billing information, and contact information before submitting an order.

Order-change or cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible to briannaorganicshelpdesk@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it has been submitted, entered processing, or been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address corrections requested after shipment may not be possible and may result in additional carrier fees.

Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout unless another arrangement is expressly offered.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available methods may include major credit or debit cards, Shop Pay, digital wallets, PayPal, or other supported providers.

We do not directly store complete credit- or debit-card numbers on our own Website servers.

You represent that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method

• The billing information you provide is accurate

• You authorize the total order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and selected add-ons

Your financial institution or payment provider may apply additional terms, holds, fees, currency-conversion charges, or verification requirements.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Processing and Shipping

Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern Time are typically processed the same business day. During restocks, launches, holidays, and other high-volume periods, processing may take one to three business days.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Once an order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, service interruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Protection and Express Processing

Shipping Protection and VIP Express Processing may be offered as optional order add-ons.

The benefits, limitations, price, and claim requirements for an add-on will be described on its product page, in the cart, at checkout, or in the applicable store policy.

VIP Express Processing affects the order’s position in our internal processing queue. It does not guarantee a particular carrier delivery date and does not prevent delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Purchasing Shipping Protection does not eliminate the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address or to comply with applicable claim requirements.

International Orders

Brianna’s Organics may ship to international destinations made available at checkout.

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Brokerage charges

• Handling fees

• Other destination-country charges

These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customs procedures and delivery times vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for a customer’s failure to pay required customs or import charges.

International customers are responsible for determining whether a product may legally be imported into their country.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the personal-care and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of preference, scent, texture, change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or normal variations in products containing natural ingredients.

This final-sale policy does not prevent you from contacting us regarding an order that arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact briannaorganicshelpdesk@gmail.com within seven days of the delivery date.

Your message should include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the exterior packaging

• Photographs of the shipping label

• Any other information reasonably requested to review the issue

Please retain the products and packaging until the request has been resolved.

After reviewing the request, we may provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. The remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

We may deny claims that:

• Are submitted more than seven days after delivery

• Lack sufficient photographs or documentation

• Concern a product that has been substantially used, altered, discarded, or damaged after delivery

• Result from failure to follow product directions or storage instructions

• Involve normal variations in color, texture, consistency, or scent

• Appear fraudulent or abusive

If we are unable to fulfill an item you purchased, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Tracking information provided by a shipping carrier may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check the delivery location and surrounding area

• Ask members of your household or neighbors

• Check with your building management or mailroom

• Contact the shipping carrier

• Allow a reasonable period in case the carrier marked the package delivered prematurely

Contact us promptly if the package remains missing.

The handling of a missing-package request may depend on the tracking information, delivery confirmation, carrier investigation, shipping-protection status, and the information submitted with the request.

We are not responsible for packages lost because the customer entered an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. However, we will provide reasonable assistance when possible.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or another delivery issue.

If a package is returned to us, we may contact you regarding reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Original shipping charges and customs fees are generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Brianna’s Organics or otherwise required by law.

Reviews, Comments, and Customer Content

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, or other content.

By submitting content to us or tagging Brianna’s Organics in content that you authorize us to share, you represent that:

• You created the content or have permission to submit it

• The content is accurate and reflects your genuine experience

• The content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights

• The content is not unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading

You grant Brianna’s Organics a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and share submitted content for business, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms. We are not required to publish every submitted review or comment.

All Website content, including our business name, logos, trademarks, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, labels, packaging designs, written content, product descriptions, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by Brianna’s Organics or used with permission.
